How long has the exhibition been organised?

The exhibition has been organised since 2010. Over time, the mandate and offering of the Swedish Civil Defense and Resilience Agency within this area has expanded. In 2022, the conference—previously called Rakeldagen—was therefore broadened into what has now developed into the Day of Critical Communications Services.

Why is the exhibition organised?

The Swedish Civil Defense and Resilience Agency is the operator of a range of critical communication services (Rakel, SGSI, WIS), which in turn depend on supporting services and products from the private sector.

The exhibition serves as a meeting place for users of the Agency’s services and suppliers of critical communication services and products, with the aim of strengthening Sweden’s total defence capability.

The exhibition creates conditions for industry and the public sector to build relationships that strengthen Sweden’s ability to cooperate and lead critical societal operations.

Who is allowed to visit the exhibition?

Authorised users of the Swedish Civil Defense and Resilience Agency’s services are permitted to attend the exhibition.

What is the cost to attend the exhibition?

980 SEK per visitor. Breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch are included in the fee.

How many staff members from exhibitors are allowed to attend?

This year there are no limitations as in previous years. All visitors pay a participation fee of 980 SEK per person. No tickets for exhibitor staff are included in the exhibition packages.

Who can exhibit at the exhibition?

Companies and organisations within Mission Critical Communications (critical communication services).

What does it cost to exhibit?

There are three different exhibition packages with varying fees depending on size.

Can exhibitors choose their stand location?

Exhibitors are welcome to submit preferences, which will be taken into account as far as possible. The final floor plan is determined by the Swedish Civil Defense and Resilience Agency.

What is the cost for non-profit organisations?

Non-profit organisations approved by the Swedish Civil Defense and Resilience Agency may exhibit without an exhibition fee.

What is the cost for other government agencies?

Government agencies approved by the Swedish Civil Defense and Resilience Agency may exhibit without an exhibition fee. However, a visitor fee of 980 SEK per person applies.

Can I visit the exhibition to see if our company should exhibit next year?

Yes, this is possible at a cost price fee. Register your interest via the Agency’s functional mailbox: dfsk@mcf.se.

A cost price fee of 3,000 SEK per visitor applies. Mark the email “Prospect” and include a description of your organisation and why you are interested in exhibiting. The Agency will then contact you with a link for registration and payment.

When will the final programme be published?

At the end of September, the Swedish Civil Defense and Resilience Agency publishes the final programme on its website.
